    The cruise and the Hornblower staff were wonderful, but we had a horrible experience booking through Viator. The cruise we booked and paid for did not exist and we got no help from Viator. Fortunately, the Hornblower staff were wonderful and we were able to go on a later cruise.

    I will never use Viator again!

    The staff was great and the food was great. I still believe that the cruise is to short for the money. They said it needs to be shorter when kids are involved so my ticket price should be less too.
